Methodology

Coaching

• Conversations are confidential between the Coach and Client and content will not be shared in any way.
• Coaching draws out the intelligence and wisdom of the Client rather than taking on a role of advising or being an expert consultant. Likewise, therapeutic or counseling approaches are distinct and different from the coaching methodology. However, coaching does address personal issues or life conditions that affect professional effectiveness.
• Coaching can also address topics related to health, well-being, the balance of work and life, and new skills and behaviors desired by the Client. The aim of coaching is to support the development of the Client as a leader who is thriving.
• Throughout the working relationship, the Coach will engage the Client in direct, honest, and purposeful conversations that are aligned with the Client’s objectives.
• Coaching will help you: raise your awareness, shed behaviors that do not benefit you, and co-create behaviors that do.
• As a Coach I pay attention to you as a whole person, taking into account your emotional, physical, and mental well-being. I take a holistic approach to our conversations, understanding that no one is only one thing or one-dimensional.
• I will be supportive and come from a curiosity point of view: no judgment or criticism are invited into our conversations. Coaches are on your side and are engaged in your success exclusively.
• I follow the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) techniques in and approach to coaching.

Consulting

• I work in alignment with your goals in a way that in conducive to your culture for maximum impact.
• I engage with a fresh, outside perspective that is impossible to attain with internal resources.
• All information shared is confidential and will not be sold or used for other purposes. 
• I uphold your agenda and support your success throughout the engagement.
• Throughout the working relationship I engage in honest and purposeful conversations that are aligned with the Client’s objectives.
