BE Advanced Perspectives Story
Becky Eastman started a coaching practice to spend focused and valuable time connecting with and supporting Clients who are in search of helpful insight and inspiration for a variety of reasons. She relishes the opportunity to truly connect with her Clients, meeting them where they are and working to inspire new and different approaches to career and life. She is an International Coaching Federation credentialed coach and holds the ACC certification. Her background in Human Resources leadership allows her to deeply understand and relate to the experiences of executives and leaders. This experience enables her to adeptly support her Clients in myriad challenges they face on a daily basis.
The Mission
To inspire Clients to achieve their full potential, enhance their leadership capabilities, and drive meaningful change. Through a collaborative and empowering approach I facilitate self-discovery, support skill development and unlock new insights. Coaching helps Clients to navigate complex challenges, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals. The ultimate aim is to foster growth and insight and to create a lasting positive impact for both the client and the broader community.
